This was a unique space as I was hired to turn an old CSX building into an office. The project offered many layers of design. New windows, roof, all new utilities were incorporated. Space planning, lighting, and furniture design were all a part of this project. We also had to adhere to city requirements for commercial building to incorporate a parking lot along with ADA requirements. The property is designated as historic.
